Our material sorting services commence with the offloading of materials onto the premises. Our dedicated staff meticulously prepares the loose stock by systematically removing contaminants and any extraneous materials from the stockpile. This proactive approach ensures that only the desired and recyclable materials proceed through the waste management process, contributing to a more efficient and sustainable recycling system.
We offer baling services for a variety of materials, including cardboard, white paper, plastic, common, shavings, imw, and cores.
• The material is initially offloaded into a loose stockpile.
• The loose stockpile is meticulously prepared and sorted to eliminate any contaminants.
• A payloader then transfers the prepared material onto the baling machine conveyor.
• The material is fed into the machine's hopper.
• Through the utilization of hydraulics and a hydraulic ram, the material undergoes compression.
• The end result is a tightly compressed bale, facilitating efficient handling and transport.
Our facility is equipped with a 60-ton weighbridge, offering a straightforward and transparent process for material weighing. Here's how it works:
• Weigh-in: Customers arrive with their loaded vehicles, and the entire vehicle with materials is weighed as a whole.
• Material Offloading: The customer then proceeds to offload the materials.
• Weigh-out: After offloading, the empty vehicle is weighed again. The difference in weight between the initial weigh-in and the weigh-out determines the amount of materials, and subsequently, the compensation.
Additionally, we extend our weighbridge services to the wider community. Anyone requiring accurate weight measurements for their vehicle contents can utilize our weighbridge for full, empty, and tare weights at a reasonable fee.
We provide hook lift bins in both 4-ton and 8-ton capacities, strategically placed on-site to facilitate the collection of recyclable waste based on tonnage requirements. Our efficient system ensures timely and reliable collections directly from these bins, streamlining the waste management process for our clients.
To optimize transportation and processing, Premier Waste Recyclers employs cutting-edge baling technology which enables us to compact recyclable materials into manageable and transportable bales, reducing the environmental impact associated with transportation while maximizing the recycling efficiency.
